Alex is a choreographer, performer, and creative collaborator with a passion for storytelling through movement. She recently choreographed Frozen at the Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre, adding to her growing list of dynamic and visually engaging productions.
​
Other recent choreography credits include The Addams Family at the Arrow Rock Lyceum, Hooray for Hollywood with Transcendence Theatre Company, which earned her the 2022 Broadway World Award for Best Choreography, and Waitress at ACT of CT (Associate Director/Choreographer). She has also contributed choreography and movement direction to Dancin’, Emily Bear’s music video, “Born to Dance”Princess Cruise Lines (Assistant Choreographer), and Celebrate Cedar Point Spectacular (Assistant Choreographer).

As a performer, she was most recently seen in the National Tour of Funny Girl, as well as in 42nd Street at Riverside Theatre, and in Rock of Ages, Guys and Dolls, and Jesus Christ Superstar at ACT of CT, where she served as a Swing, Ensemble member, and Dance Captain.

Her additional choreography credits include The Beat Goes On (Associate Choreographer), A Chorus Line (Swing/Associate Choreographer—Broadway World Award for Best Choreography, 2019), and Holiday Spectacular (Associate Choreographer/Ensemble) with Transcendence Theatre Company.
She has a long-standing relationship with the Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre, where she has performed in Funny Girl, Mary Poppins, Crazy for You, Beauty and the Beast, Mamma Mia!, Oklahoma! (Ensemble/Dance Captain), and worked as Associate Choreographer on Footloose.

In New York City, her credits include Popstar! (Ensemble/Assistant Choreographer), Vox Lumiere’s Phantom of the Opera, and The Magician featuring Dan White.

Graduated from Illinois State University with a BA in Music with an emphasis in flute performance and musical theatre.
